Stuffed Baked Potatoes
| Ingredients |
| 1 (14.75 oz.) can of Cream Style Sweet Corn |
| 6 baking potatoes |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/4 tsp. pepper |
| 1/2 cup cooked ham, finely diced |
| 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
| Preheat oven to 400oF. Bake potatoes for 1 hour, or until tender. Cut tops from potatoes. Scoop out centers of potatoes; mash with corn, salt, and pepper. Stir in ham and spoon mixture into potato shells. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes. |
