Savory Asparagus
| Ingredients |
| 1 (14.5 oz.) can of Cut Asparagus Spears |
| 1 tbsp. butter |
| 1 tbsp. flour |
| 1/8 tsp. salt |
| Pinch of pepper |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 1/2 cub blue cheese, crumbled |
| Empty undrained asparagus in saucepan and heat to simmer. In separate saucepan metl butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook on low heat, stirring continuously until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add milk and bring to boil for 1 minute. Stir in blue cheese until melted. Drain and place asparagus on serving dish, pour on hot cheese sauce. |
