Hummus
| Ingredients |
| 1 (15.0 oz.) can of Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained |
| 1 small bunch parsley |
| 3 green onions |
| 3 cloves garlic |
| 2 tbsp. tahini |
| 2 tbsp. lemon juice |
| 1 tsp. salt |
| Dash of cayenne |
| Place parsley, onions, and garlic in food processor; chip well. Add garbanzo beans and remaining ingredients; puree. Serve in pitas or with fresh vegetables. |
