Cheesy Peas
| Ingredients |
| 1 (15.0 oz.) can of Sweet Peas, drained |
| 3 tbsp. butter |
| 3 tbsp. flour |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/4 tsp. pepper |
| 3 tbsp. onion, diced |
| 1-1/2 cups milk |
| 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed |
| Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, salt, pepper, onions, and milk. Constantly stir mixture until smooth and thick; add cheese. Once cheese has melted, stir in peas and serve. |
