Party Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
16 ounces Elbow Macaroni
1 cup fully cooked imported chunk ham, cubed
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, blanched
1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 cup (4 ounces) cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Directions Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water according to package instructions. In a large salad bowl, combine macaroni with ham, pepperoni, vegetables, mushrooms and cheese. In a small bowl, mix together Italian dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Toss dressing with salad mixture, top with green onions. Cover and chill. Toss before serving. Servings 8
