| For hat, cut sugar cone to desire size, using serrated knife, then top w/maraschino cherry. |
| Select assorted candies for face. We used chocolate covered pretzel pieces for ears. |
| To Assemble: |
| Fill waffle bowl w/vanilla ice cream. |
| Insert sugar cone hat. Rim sugar cone hat w/whipped cream. |
| Put on face and ears. Decorate clown’s collar w/colorful “jimmies”. |
