California Raisin Peanut Butter Griddlers

| INGREDIENTS |
| 1 tablespoon California Raisin Peanut Spread (see recipe) |
| 2 slices whole wheat bread |
| 1/4 banana |
| Butter |
| PROCEDURE |
| For each sandwich, spread 1 tablespoon California Raisin Peanut Butter Spread evenly over 1 slice of whole wheat bread. Top with 1/4 banana cut into 9 very thin slices and top with another slice of bread. Butter both sides lightly and cook in a small heavy skillet over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides and heated through. Cut into 4 sticks. |
