Sauerkraut Sausage Bake
| Ingredients |
| 1 (32.0 oz.) jar of Crispy Sauerkraut, drained |
| 2 tbsp. sweet onion, chopped |
| 2 lbs. kielbasa, sliced |
| Frozen mashed potatoes (enough for 8 servings) |
| 5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese |
| Preheat oven to 400oF. In casserole dish, mix together sauerkraut and chopped onion. Place sliced kielbasa over mixture. Prepare frozen mashed potatoes according to package directions and stir in 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Spread mashed potatoes over sausage and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 - 40 minutes. |
